DESCRIPTION:Planning is complete for an upcoming electrical shutdown of Ridgecrest South in order to tie-in power to the new outside air units.This shutdown is scheduled for Wednesday\, June 27th\, 2018 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.\nThis will impact all electrical and mechanical systems.\nNotes:\n• Building is on back-up emergency generator\n• Fire alarm system will remain operational\n• Fire pump is on the emergency power system and will remain operational\n• Mike Largin to contact Ray Bostick and Randy Mathis to discuss details about the data equipment area.  It was mentioned in the meeting that all data equipment and A/C for this area is on the emergency power system and will remain operational\n• UA HVAC to shutoff all equipment and verify startup once power is restored\n• UA Plumbing to verify impact on all plumbing equipment and verify startup once power is restored\n• UA Elevator to shutdown and secure all elevators\n• Parking deck roll up doors will not be operational.  They will need to remain in the open position\n• The faculty apartment is currently the only room occupied
