DESCRIPTION:An electrical shutdown has been planned for the Tutwiler Parking Deck in order for Alabama Power Co. to convert their overhead lines to underground along the north side of 12th St.This work is scheduled to take place on Wednesday\, September 12th\, 2018 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.  The Tutwiler Parking Deck will be without normal power for approx. 3 hours within this timeframe.\nIf weather does not permit for 9/12\, then this work will take place on 9/13 during the same time.\nNotes:\n• The Tutwiler Parking Deck has a back-up emergency generator and will remain operational\n• UA Transportation Services to open gate arms prior to shutdown if needed
