• Fire pump for both buildings will not be operational due to emergency power system impacted
o Temp. generator needed for fire pump or a fire watch performed if building is to be occupied

• UA Elev. to shutoff and secure elevator(s)

Thermal “Chilled WAter” Outage – Biology Building

• UA HVAC to setup temporary “water cooled” A/C units in rooms 211-213 (computers/office), 228, 245-246 (fish spaces)
• UA OIT to verify if temp. A/C is needed for data closets.  UA HVAC can open doors to create airflow

• UA Elev. to shutoff and secure elevator(s)

Electrical Shutdown – AIME Building

Notes:• Building has back-up emergency generator
• Fire alarm system is on the emergency power system and will remain operational
• Fire sprinkler system is operated by city water pressure and will remain operational
• UA HVAC to shutoff all mechanical equipment and restart once power is restored
• UA HVAC to check that all fume hoods restart once power is restored
• UA Elev. to shutoff and secure the 2 elevators on 3/15 at 4PM and restart on 3/16 by 6AM
• UA OIT to verify if equipment is connected to emergency power system.  IT equipment may need to remain operational due to tests performed by Hunt Oil employees.  Please confirm this with Renae Sullivan (Building Rep)
• Exterior lighting will be impacted.  UAPD and Security Resources may need to provide extra patrol due to shutdown taking place during nighttime

Gas Outage – Bryant Conference Center and Martha Parham East

Bryant Conference Center is scheduled to be without gas on Thursday, March 15th, 2018 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. 
Martha Parham East is scheduled to be without gas on Thursday, March 15th, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
 
Notes:
• UA HVAC will shutoff the boiler to BCC on 3/15 at 8:30 AM.  BCC will be without heating for 1 hour
• Martha Parham East should not see an impact
